For food ingredients the liner is the Packaging; the woven bag is only the structure that carries it. This FIBC puts a virgin PE liner inside a UV-stabilised PP body, sewn or heat-sealed at the top so the liner cannot slip during filling, and keeps printing ink off the food-contact surface entirely.

The body is a 160–220 gsm PP woven bag with double-stitched seams and 70 mm loops. Inside sits the liner: a tube liner for simple dry powders, a form-fit liner that follows the bag's corners, or a baffled liner where the filled bag has to keep a square shape. The liner is trimmed flush at the top after sewing so no film catches in the seam and no powder sits in a fold.
